Based in Beijing, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to oversee and manage the commercial aspects of wind energy projects. We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in commercial management within the wind energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to optimize project profitability and financial performance.

• Contract Management: Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and administration of contracts, ensuring they meet the company’s objectives and comply with legal requirements.

• Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis and modeling to support project decisions and identify opportunities for cost savings.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate commercial risks, ensuring robust risk management practices are in place.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

• Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial control.

• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on commercial performance, including financial metrics, risks, and opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial management within the wind energy sector, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) are a plus.

• Skills: Strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in financial analysis and project management software.

• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the renewable energy sector, specifically wind energy projects.
