THE OPPORTUNITY: 

Excellent opportunity to join the Development, Construction and Operations team of a leading Renewables Asset Manager - providing both technical and financial support to the CFO in ensuring all financial controls are met for a portfolio of diversified assets.  

THE ROLE: 

• Oversee finance functions of all development projects (variance reporting, budget forecasting, commercial feasibility studies, etc.)
• Advice on structured finance and compliance for new acquisitions
• Oversee performance of junior Management Accountant and General Ledger Accountant staff members 
• Work actively with operations team to model business performance against KPIs and implement new initiatives where appropriate 
• Liaise actively with tenderers, contract negotiators and banks 
• Prepare compliance reports for all commercial operationrs (legal, HSE)
• Contract Management for O&M projects, direct services and reconciliations 

THE CANDIDATE: 

• CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified accountant
• 2 years+ working technical knowledge of solar and wind technical asset management throughout the development and construction phase 
• Demonstrable track record of commercial management and projecgt finance
