​The Green Recruitment Company is supporting a leading international renewable energy platform in the search for an Asset Manager to join their growing Madrid office.

The Role

This is a 360º Asset Management position with full exposure to commercial, technical, and contractual responsibilities across operational renewable energy assets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Commercial and contractual management of renewable portfolios

• Revenue optimisation and financial performance monitoring

• Coordination with O&M providers and plant performance oversight

• Budget control and reporting

• Cross-functional collaboration with legal and technical teams

• Day-to-day asset performance management

The role reports directly to the Asset Management Lead and offers strong visibility within the organisation.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Asset Management or similar roles

• Background between Analyst and Senior Analyst level

• Strong understanding of renewable energy assets

• Experience in the U.S. market is highly valued

• High motivation, proactive mindset, and strong integration skills

• Strong analytical and commercial awareness

Experience is key, but mindset is decisive.
