Asset Management Analyst
Job description
The Opportunity:
Drive the digitalization of technical asset management processes for renewable energy assets, including evaluating and configuring software for project-specific use, ensuring seamless integration across platforms, maintaining a centralized database, and enabling real-time, actionable data visualization
Act as the internal point of contact for monitoring and control tools across wind, solar, and battery plants, coordinating closely with IT teams
Evaluate and implement digital tools to optimize technical asset management in the renewable energy sector
Connect and configure tools to renewable energy sites and ensure smooth integration with internal data systems
Analyze the performance of renewable energy plant portfolios and automate technical real-time reporting
Provide day-to-day support for project-specific technical asset management activities, including contractor coordination, event interventions, reporting, plant inspections, and follow-up on repairs and claims
The Person:
Minimum of three years of relevant experience, ideally within the energy or renewable energy sector
Native-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Engineering degree, preferably in Wind, Solar, or Renewable Energy Systems
Experience with data processing and basic coding is an advantage
Strong curiosity and analytical mindset toward data and insights
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions
