​Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

Location: London 3 days/week

Salary: £30,000 - £37,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Client Services team operating within one of the UK's leading independent providers of sustainable energy supply and solutions to large-scale commercial and industrial businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice production offering bespoke options where needed.

• Building and maintaining key account relationships.

• Manage all queries and questions in relation to your portfolio and ensure they are dealt with in line with business Service Agreement Levels.

• Communicate with internal teams assisting and providing information about your portfolio when needed.

• Proactively maintain your accounts ensuring they are up to date and running efficiently, anticipating any challenges before they arise (payments, meters and customer information).

Your Profile:

• At least 2 years' experience in the energy and utilities industry

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Numerate with good analytical skills.

• Able to prioritise and manage your own workload with minimal supervision

• Microsoft Tools & CRM competent

• Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office.

• Previous experience in managing customer accounts/profiles.

• High standard of telephone etiquette
