Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
Location: London 3 days/week
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Client Services team operating within one of the UK's leading independent providers of sustainable energy supply and solutions to large-scale commercial and industrial businesses.
Invoice production offering bespoke options where needed.
Building and maintaining key account relationships.
Manage all queries and questions in relation to your portfolio and ensure they are dealt with in line with business Service Agreement Levels.
Communicate with internal teams assisting and providing information about your portfolio when needed.
Proactively maintain your accounts ensuring they are up to date and running efficiently, anticipating any challenges before they arise (payments, meters and customer information).
At least 2 years' experience in the energy and utilities industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Numerate with good analytical skills.
Able to prioritise and manage your own workload with minimal supervision
Microsoft Tools & CRM competent
Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
Previous experience in managing customer accounts/profiles.
High standard of telephone etiquette
