Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Oxfordshire, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

TGRC is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join a leading, international Energy Analytics business.

As part of their continued success & growth, our client is searching for a driven Business Intelligence Analyst to play a key role in their Software Solutions team – taking ownership of their energy market dashboard strategy, as well as providing data analysis to the wider team!

This role provides the rare opportunity to join a major contributor in global cleantech/renewable markets, while also providing all the training & support required to develop your energy market & data expertise!

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with key teams & internal stakeholders to develop and deliver a clear dashboard strategy.

  • Taking ownership of their data dashboard suite, managing from conception through to launch & maintenance.

  • Manage dashboard roadmaps, holding internal teams accountable, promoting effective processes, and taking onboard user feedback.

  • Support on dashboard designing & development, ensuring they match company motivations & power market trends.

  • Support wider teams with data analysis & storytelling using dashboards.

Job Requirements:

  • >1 year’s working experience within the energy sector.

  • Proven ability to design, build, and maintain data dashboards.

  • Experience in a product-oriented role or team (SaaS).

  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments.

  • Analytical capabilities with SQL, Python or similar.

  • Good energy market understanding.

  • Interest and enthusiasm towards energy transition and sustainability.

  • Results-driven, with a willingness to learn and develop.

  • Great analytical & communication skills.
