The Green Recruitment Company is happy to be partnering with a growing renewable energy company is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our client’s business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the C&I solar market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the different business units (Solar PV, EV Charging Station, Energy

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction

  • Stay current on industry trends and regulations to identify new business opportunities


  • 3+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on the C&I solar market

  • Strong understanding of the solar pv market and its key players

  • Solid Knowledge and experience in PPAs negotiations

  • Proven track record of successfully developing new business and achieving revenue goals

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Ability to travel as needed
