​The Green Recruitment Company are partnering with an ambitious, leading consulting company in the Built Environment space in the recruitment of a Sales Executive to help them grow their ANZ market

The Role

Joining the Built Environment team, some of the candidates' duties will be:

  • Promote and sell a portfolio of services to new and existing accounts and grows clients’ base

  • Identify new client prospects and accounts within their territory

  • Utilize CRM to create, monitor and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales pipeline focused on new accounts.

  • Meet with prospects to identify and qualify their needs

  • Support the development of sales presentations and presents to potential new clients following a disciplined consultative selling strategy that fully leverages the full portfolio of UL services

  • Provide value propositions to clients, handles complex objections, prepare quotes, and close sales with little or no supervision.

To succeed in this role

  • University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor’s degree) in a related discipline

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely.

  • Demonstrated ability to execute projects to stated objectives.

  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and respond to changing market conditions.

  • Awareness of, or exposure to, the built environment would be an advantage.
