​The Green Recruitment Company has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Analyst to join a fast-growing transaction advisory business dedicated to renewable energy and cleantech.

The Associate Analyst would be joining a diverse, internationally renowned expert team with a shared passion for the energy transition, handle global projects and committed to delivering high quality results.

Locations: Can be based in London, Germany, France or Dubai

Business-level fluency in French required for applications in France.

Business-level fluency in German required for applications in Germany.

About the role

Associate Analyst would work on corporate finance transactions globally in a renowned advisory to deliver Net Zero

Manage investment banking transactions with increasing autonomy under a Vice President and/or Director

Requirements:

• A Relevant qualification. Master’s degree in finance from one of Europe’s leading educational institutions. MBA or CFA,

• At least 3-6 years’ experience in corporate (not project) finance, within a respected bank or advisory boutique.

• Transaction and transaction structuring experience is required

• Fluent communication skills in English, both spoken and written

• Clear evidence of your appetite for corporate finance (whether while in education or at a bank, boutique, or in-house M&A team). You do not need cleantech expertise, however you would need corporate finance excellence

• Strong on detail, process, experience and organization for asset, corporate or equity transactions.

• Financial modelling skills and robust understanding of main financial concepts
