Responsibilities: As the Assistant Vice President of Digital Governance & Solutions Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and ensuring effective governance of digital solutions within the organization. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital strategies, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the development and execution of the company's digital governance framework and strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Overseeing the implementation of digital solutions, systems, and technologies, ensuring seamless integration and optimizing operational processes across the organization.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital transformation opportunities, leveraging emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve business outcomes.

• Developing and implementing data governance policies and practices to ensure data integrity, security, and privacy throughout the organization.

• Monitoring digital trends and industry best practices, providing recommendations on digital solutions and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experiences.

• Leading and mentoring a team of digital professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive digital initiatives and maximize business value.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is highly desirable.

• Proven track record of at least 8 years in digital governance, digital solutions, or related roles within a technology-driven organization.

• Strong understanding of digital governance frameworks, data governance principles, and emerging technologies.

• Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives, driving process improvements, and delivering measurable results.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve excellence.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
