We are currently seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our client's team in Shanghai. As an Asset Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational performance and financial success of our client's Solar PV assets.
Manage and optimize the performance of Solar PV assets to ensure they meet or exceed operational and financial targets.
Conduct regular performance analysis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance asset performance.
Work closely with the operations and maintenance teams to ensure optimal asset functionality and reliability.
Manage financial aspects of asset management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Demonstrated passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
