The Opportunity

An established company operating in the wind sector with a large focus on wind O&M. The company has 50 employees and is excellently placed with blue chip clients in an exciting and growing market.

The Role: 

• Project Management to lead implementation of operations and maintenance of wind farm 
• Coordinating quick response teams of engineers and technicians throughout the UK and internationally to provide engineering support both onshore and offshore for manufacturers and owners of wind turbines, 
•  Almost completely office based with very occasional need to go to sites
• Reporting to the Finance Director with close liaison with other deparments

The Individual: 

• 5 years + project management experience 
• Numerate, confident with contract and legal documents, commercially sharp, detailed and clear, good commmunictor in spreadsheets, writing and in person, not afraid to ruffle feathers
• Renewables sector specific experience is a benefit but not a pre-requisite. Perhaps a background in: construction, hard facilities management or transport infrastructure and services 
• Experience in a broad range of fixed price and service contract forms   
• Ambitious and keen to exploit the opportunity for career growth and promotion within the company
