​Green Recruitment Company are currently working with a Global renewable energy leader who are well positioned to be at the forefront of the energy transition.

Through growth and market positioning they're now looking to hire a VP of Structured Finance covering the entire APAC region, based in Singapore.

Your role:

• Driving the right analysis needed to support investment decisions, debt raising and M&A processes globally

• Take ownership of the qualitative aspects of project and portfolio financings

• Production and review of required information memorandums and investment papers

• Collaborate with regional development teams to assess investment opportunities

• Perform investor due diligence processes and managing external advisors where required

• Coordinate and collaborate with different matter experts to maximise asset valuation

Your experience:

• Proven experience within the financial sector with strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as project finance knowledge

• Able to build and run financial models for raising project finance, making investment decisions and M&A valuations

• Able to draft and prepare presentation materials including deal teasers, management presentations, and other supporting documentation and analysis

• A clear understanding of all aspects of renewable energy projects including power markets, development processes, engineering, project finance structures, corporate debt structures, debt financing processes, derivative instruments, tax and accounting.
