About the Company

The Role

As the first finance hire, you'll:

• Run day-to-day finance ops (bookkeeping, reporting, controls)

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow

• Build and streamline scalable finance processes

• Deliver insights to drive performance and decision-making

• Lay the foundation for a best-in-class finance function

This is a hands-on role with real ownership, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

What You’ll Need

Must-Haves

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified

• 2–4 years' experience in finance

• Strong reporting, budgeting & forecasting skills

• Analytical, detail-driven, and commercially sharp

Nice-to-Haves

• Start-up or scale-up experience

• Exposure to consolidations or structured finance

• Knowledge of solar, construction, or field ops businesses
