​Our client an Infrastructure focussed Private Equity firm are looking to hire a VP and Director into their London team. The role involves origination, execution and asset management of infrastructure private equity investments across Europe. Generous Salary with 100% bonus + carry.

The individual must have Infrastructure experience over Renewables.

The role will work alongside colleagues to generate new deal flow by proactively covering the market, leading execution of deal processes and actively overseeing performance of portfolio companies.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, due diligence, closing and integration of add-on acquisitions into existing investment platforms

• Originating and converting investment opportunities

• Supporting the private equity investment processes

• Performing initial review of business opportunities

• Supervising junior professionals

• Drafting investment committee reports

Skills needed:

• 6+ years of private equity investment experience

• infrastructures experience

• Demonstrated excellent transaction execution experience

• Strong experience developing relationships

• Proven experience in analyzing, structuring, and executing private equity investments
