​The Green Recruitment Company has partnered with a fast-growing, private equity-backed energy management outsourcing company that is committed to reducing global carbon emissions across the United States. They are growing rapidly and looking for a motivated Project Manager to aid in building out the team responsible for managing clients and projects from install to through to completion and maintenance. The Project Manager owns overall customer satisfaction during the deployment of energy saving technologies and will be an escalation point for all team members who are working to install technologies at customer sites.

They would like an experienced PM who is hands on and not afraid to get involved with the work themselves alongside great organization, time management and client relations.

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $115,000

Travel: Maximum 25%

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Solid 5 -7 years of project management experience

• Technical [Lighting, HVAC] experience a Plus

• Strong organizational, analytical, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage all lighting and connectivity (Internet) installs with contractors & customers

• Monitor and track progress of all tasks associated with customers installs

• Ensure deliverables are met and roadblocks are tracked and resolved

• Own your customers and being hands on required

• Support the Project Coordinator as they assist with lighting connectivity installs
