The Role:

• Executing and managing PV project development in compliance with standards and legal requirements

• Development of strategies, plans and investment processes for PV installations

• Support the team in the operational area and legal issues

• Oversee and manage the process, budgeting, P&L control for project implementation

• Managing and coordinating the M&A process for PV projects

• Representing the Company in Due Diligence audits

• Coordinate the work of external teams in the areas of engineering, legal, finance, procurement, and contracting to ensure effective implementation of PV projects

• Analysis and control of resources and costs of supervised investments and their optimization in the operational area

• Project knowledge base management and responsibility for all documentation

The Individual:

• Experience in a similar position in the development / technical management of solar photovoltaic projects

• Highly developed technical competence

• Knowledge of legal regulations concerning the energy sector

• Ability to establish business relations and strong motivation to work independently

• Business Proficient German & English

• Ability to successfully managing multiple projects and coordinating teams

• Willingness to travel
