​The Green Recruitment Company are currently searching for a wind focussed Technical Asset Manager that will be supporting an exciting London based investment management firm.

The fund specialise in the renewable energy and clean technology sectors and currently operate 32 operational sites across the UK & Ireland across wind, hydro and landfill gas and have over 7GW of renewable assets at varies stages of development.

The Technical Asset Manager sits within the Asset Management team of 10 and is responsible for the day-to-day technical management of all 32 operational assets.

Job Overview:

• The technical, operational and land-based management of projects to ensure high operational performance is maintained and relationships are strong with counterparties.

• Manage, liaise, and act as the main point of contact for key service providers such as site managers, OEMs, DNOs, and other technical parties.

• The management of operational HSE matters including liaising with site managers, OEMs, and internal Asset Managers to ensure HSE matters are recorded and effectively managed through to closure.

• The contract management of key service providers to ensure primary obligations are met, lead on any issues or disputes, and renew contracts when required.

• Overall management of operational and performance meetings with key service providers where key items and workstreams are discussed. Ensuring that minutes and action trackers are recorded and distributed along with the monitoring of actions through to acceptable resolution.

• Assist internal Asset Managers with technical queries or concerns they may have and provide support to the areas of their commercial management where technical input is required.

• Oversee the tracking and internal / external reporting of operational performance KPIs.

Skills and Experience required:

• 4 years of experience in the renewable energy sector.

• Used to working in an international environment and to interacting with clients, contractors and planning authorities.

• A self-starter with a passion for the renewable energy industry
