The Role:

• Architectural electro-mechanical system concept definition

• Use existing and drive new building block concepts

• Set new impulses and direction together with the entire GTI team

• Drive and optimise test and verification setup and sample build

• Efficient use of design supporting tools, e.g., requirement management system, D-FMEA, risk assessment, trade studies

• Consider the project performing indicators: time, scope, budget and quality.

• Maintain valuable interactions & dialogs to suppliers and customers

• Keep high technical know-how level within the team through cross functional trainings by using adequate channels, e.g., online trainings, fairs and conferences

• Actively drive the matrix interaction to the value chain organisations like: Manufacturing, Sourcing, Global Engineering, Strategic Customer Units (SCU)

• Support the project management in resource planning, competency selection and project execution

The Individual:

• Background as Electrical or Mechanical Engineer

• + 5 years developer experience in a comparable working environment

• Business Proficient in English & German
