​A leading independent developer of renewable energy assets is seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager of Structured Finance to spearhead high-impact financial strategies across a rapidly growing portfolio of utility-scale and energy storage projects. YOUR IMPACT

As a key player in this organization’s financial leadership team, you will architect complex financial structures, optimize investment strategies, and shape the financial backbone of transformative energy initiatives. You will be at the forefront of structuring project financing, executing high-value mergers & acquisitions, and securing capital for large-scale renewable assets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Financial strategy & Execution: Oversee and optimize project financing, including construction loans, term loans, revolving credit facilities, and tax equity funding. Lead financial modeling, pricing strategies, and portfolio management to drive capital efficiency

  • Deal Management & Stakeholder Relations: Coordinate Due- Diligence, manage transaction execution, and collaborate with banks, investors, and advisors to ensure successful financial closings and high-quality deliverables.

  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Conduct financial due- diligence, manage data rooms, and develop financial models for potential acquisitions. Collaborate with legal, accounting, and project teams to ensure smooth integration of acquired assets.

  • Portfolio Management: Monitor and enhance financial performance across the project financial performance across the project portfolio, ensuring compliance with loan and tax equity agreements. Support business planning, valuation modeling, and track industry trends affecting project economics.

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with the VP of Finance to develop and execute strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in structured finance, project finance, or investment analysis, within the renewable energy or infrastructure sector.

  • Expertise in financial modeling and project economics, with a strong understanding of solar and energy storage financing structures.

  • Proven ability to manage construction loans, term loans, and tax equity financing for large scale projects.

  • Experience leading deal execution, due diligence and transaction closings.
