The Green Recruitment Company are delighted to be supporting our client, a rapidly growing European renewable energy business who are steadily building their reputation in the UK with their EV charging infrastructure.

The client’s mission is to decarbonise the economy and reduce climate change by investing heavily into low carbon emissions. For the strategy role, we are looking to hire someone with exceptional organisation and analytical skills. To ensure he/she have a deep commercial awareness as well as strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring market developments and provide analysis of critical changes

• Supporting with business planning, forecasts, and assessment of opportunities and risks

• Providing expert consultancy on transport and energy infrastructure to both public and private sector clients

• Leading and contributing to the development of proposals

• Serving as the internal market expert continuously informing our business strategy and product development needs and priorities

• Identify and drive initiatives that improve operations, mitigate risks, and take advantage of emerging market opportunities

About You:

• 4+ years’ experience in a similar, strategy/research focussed position

• Excellent knowledge of the UK Energy Market – ideally EV but also Solar/Wind/BESS

• Excellent communicator with experience dealing with internal & external stakeholders

• Experience in Business Models & highly analytical

• Ability to work in a team, as well as independently
