Key Responsibilities:

The Solar PV Senior Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the client's solar PV installation projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the solar industry and possess strong leadership and management skills.

  • Oversee all phases of solar PV installation projects including planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Supervise various partners, sub-contractors, engineers, and technicians on site.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries.

  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company standards and local regulations.

  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

  • Provide regular project updates to senior management.

  • Prepare and present detailed project reports and performance metrics.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

  • Recommend process and technological improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar PV project construction

  • Fluency in French and English. Additional languages are a plus.

  • Strong understanding of the solar PV industry, including technologies, processes, and regulations specific to France.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • Ability to travel to various project sites across France.
