Site Manager - Offshore Wind Projects
Location: Isumi

Embark on a rewarding journey with The Green Recruitment Company, as we collaborate with a distinguished Renewable Energy OEM to bring forth a remarkable opportunity for a Site Manager specializing in Offshore Wind Projects. Situated in the beautiful city of Isumi, this role represents a chance to be at the forefront of renewable energy initiatives and contribute to pioneering offshore wind projects.

Contract Duration: 18 months
Hourly Rate: USD $55-$70

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of offshore wind projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.

  • Supervise and lead the on-site team, cultivating a culture that prioritizes safety, quality, and productivity.

  • Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met while foreseeing and mitigating potential risks and challenges.

  • Engage and collaborate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities, ensuring smooth project execution.

  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

  • Ensure all compliance and health and safety regulations, especially those pertinent to offshore operations, are strictly adhered to.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically within Offshore Wind projects.

  • Robust leadership and managerial capabilities, with the capacity to lead diverse teams in challenging offshore environments.

  • Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations related to offshore wind operations.

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to navigate through complex project challenges under pressure.

  • Engineering background is highly desirable.
