About the Role
TGRC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Manager for an offshore wind project based in Japan. This fixed-term position offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage the construction and operational phases of an offshore wind farm, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure smooth project progression.
Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant environmental and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential Qualifications:
Relevant health and safety certifications.
2-3 years of experience in offshore wind project management.
Desired Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
