​Job Title: Site Manager (HV) - Onshore Wind - 9 Months Contract

Location: United Kingdom

TGRC is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager (HV) on behalf of our client, a leading renewable energy Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). This is a 9-month contract role with competitive day rates, focusing on onshore wind projects. Past experience working with Siemens equipment is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of onshore wind projects, ensuring that all deliverables are met within the agreed timeline and budget

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of high voltage (HV) electrical work, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Siemens equipment

  • Lead and motivate on-site teams, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and performance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression

  • Monitor project performance and identify potential risks, implementing corrective actions as needed

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular progress updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

  • Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

  • Minimum of [number] years of experience in onshore wind project management, with a focus on high voltage (HV) electrical systems

  • Past experience working with Siemens equipment is essential

  • Strong understanding of onshore wind project development, construction, and operation processes
