​Senior Vice President & VP's - Tax Equity & Project Finance

I'm looking to speak with tax equity Investment Bankers (VP & Director / SVP level) who are interested in joining a start-up energy transition financier. My client have a unique proposition, who are providing a tax equity alternative to development projects and sponsors who are unable to obtain traditional tax equity.

They commit to a minority, structured equity investment, funded prior to project completion through tax partnership that acquires the project from the sponsor, where the sponsor continues to own a majority of the economic interest as well as operate the project. They are looking to make multiple hires and require expert transactors from leading tax equity banks. These individuals must know how to structure a TE deal from an investor standpoint. My clients open to candidates with 6 to 15+ years' of experience.

The firm are backed by one of the biggest PE investors in the sector. Role(s) to be based in Houston. Relocation timing can be flexible for the right individual.
