Design and execute sales strategies to boost the company's presence and market share in Spain and nearby regions.
Cultivate and fortify relationships with essential clients, distributors, and partners within the target markets.
Seek out and capitalize on new business prospects in the solar panel market, sustaining a robust sales pipeline.
Liaise with internal departments, such as technical support, marketing, and operations, to ensure top-notch customer service and seamless project execution.
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and optimize revenue growth.
Craft and deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to clients and partners.
Consistently report sales achievements, market analysis, and customer feedback to senior management.
Your Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the solar panel or renewable energy sector.
A history of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
Deep understanding of the Spanish solar panel market and its dynamics.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Fluency in Spanish and English, both in writing and speaking.
Occasional travel within Spain and surrounding regions for client meetings, events, and trainings.
