Your Mission:

  • Design and execute sales strategies to boost the company's presence and market share in Spain and nearby regions.

  • Cultivate and fortify relationships with essential clients, distributors, and partners within the target markets.

  • Seek out and capitalize on new business prospects in the solar panel market, sustaining a robust sales pipeline.

  • Liaise with internal departments, such as technical support, marketing, and operations, to ensure top-notch customer service and seamless project execution.

  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and optimize revenue growth.

  • Craft and deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to clients and partners.

  • Consistently report sales achievements, market analysis, and customer feedback to senior management.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the solar panel or renewable energy sector.

  • A history of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.

  • Deep understanding of the Spanish solar panel market and its dynamics.

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both in writing and speaking.

  • Occasional travel within Spain and surrounding regions for client meetings, events, and trainings.
