We are a prominent recruitment agency working on behalf of a leading Chinese solar panel manufacturer seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager to join their team in Italy. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the company's presence and market share in Italy and surrounding regions.

  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the target markets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar panel industry, ensuring a strong sales pipeline.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as technical support, marketing, and operations, to ensure excellent customer service and smooth execution of projects.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies and maximize revenue growth.

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to clients and partners.

  • Regularly report sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the solar panel or renewable energy industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of the Italian solar panel market and its dynamics.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy and surrounding regions for client meetings, events, and trainings.
