Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the company's presence and market share in Italy and surrounding regions.
Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the target markets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar panel industry, ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as technical support, marketing, and operations, to ensure excellent customer service and smooth execution of projects.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies and maximize revenue growth.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to clients and partners.
Regularly report sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to senior management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the solar panel or renewable energy industry.
Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the Italian solar panel market and its dynamics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy and surrounding regions for client meetings, events, and trainings.
