Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Renewable Energy Senior Project Engineer to join a dynamic team in Milan. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and management of renewable energy projects, with a focus on solar and wind energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project plans for renewable energy initiatives.

• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine project viability.

• Develop and review engineering designs for solar and wind energy projects.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and local codes.

• Oversee the implementation of renewable energy projects, including construction, commissioning, and operational phases.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

• Identify and assess potential risks associated with project execution.

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.

To succeed in the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Electrical, Mechanical).

• Proven experience in renewable energy project management, with a focus on solar and/or wind projects.

• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, systems, and components.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
