​Job Title: Senior PPA Originator

TGRC has a new opportunity for a Senior PPA Originator to lead the execution of commercial contracts for a leading renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure investment platform.

The role will cover the portfolio hedging strategy definition and execution, commercial strategy and activity, global markets analysis and modelisation, revenue optimization, and strategy determination for new ventures and business models.

The responsibilities:

• Support in defining the company's commercial strategy, including the sale of electricity and other business models or services related to the energy transition.

• Lead the commercial activity of the group. Origination of contacts and relationships with partners.

• Valuation of different hedging structures (fixed prices, options) for all the assets in the portfolio.

• Supported the investment team, and contributed to structuring Project Finance transactions.

• Lead the execution of commercial contracts, working with highly experienced multicultural project teams and experts for each of the products produced under the portfolio.

• Participate in and launch PPA processes across the different geographies to obtain optimal solutions for the portfolio.

The Individual:

• Preparation and presentation of commercial pitches and documentation for investment committees.

• 3 to 7 years of experience in the energy markets

• At least 2 years of experience in the valuation/negotiation of physical or financial hedges

• Very high level of Excel and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of portfolio management and risk assessment.
