Job description
TGRC has partnered with a prominent investment and management platform specializing in the energy transition and sustainable infrastructure, with an operational presence across Spain, Germany, Italy, Poland, the United Kingdom, and Chile.
Main Responsibilities:
Contribute to shaping the company’s commercial strategy, encompassing the sale of electricity, biomethane, and other business models or services aligned with the energy transition.
Oversee the group’s commercial activities, including initiating and fostering relationships with partners, representing the company at trade fairs, and engaging in power market events.
Evaluate various hedging structures, such as fixed prices and options, for all assets within the portfolio.
Collaborate with the investment team to support the structuring of Project Finance transactions.
Lead the negotiation and execution of commercial contracts, working alongside multicultural project teams and specialized experts for each product in the portfolio.
Drive and participate in PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) processes across multiple geographies to secure optimal solutions for the portfolio.
Preparation and presentation of commercial pitches and documentation for investment committees.
Assessment of new markets and geographies. Regulation analysis.
Requirements:
3 to 7 years of experience in energy markets.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in valuing and negotiating physical or financial hedging instruments.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Strong sense of initiative and commitment, with a demonstrated ability to work diligently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
