Job description

​TGRC has partnered with a prominent investment and management platform specializing in the energy transition and sustainable infrastructure, with an operational presence across Spain, Germany, Italy, Poland, the United Kingdom, and Chile.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to shaping the company’s commercial strategy, encompassing the sale of electricity, biomethane, and other business models or services aligned with the energy transition.

  • Oversee the group’s commercial activities, including initiating and fostering relationships with partners, representing the company at trade fairs, and engaging in power market events.

  • Evaluate various hedging structures, such as fixed prices and options, for all assets within the portfolio.

  • Collaborate with the investment team to support the structuring of Project Finance transactions.

  • Lead the negotiation and execution of commercial contracts, working alongside multicultural project teams and specialized experts for each product in the portfolio.

  • Drive and participate in PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) processes across multiple geographies to secure optimal solutions for the portfolio.

  • Preparation and presentation of commercial pitches and documentation for investment committees.

  • Assessment of new markets and geographies. Regulation analysis.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in energy markets.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in valuing and negotiating physical or financial hedging instruments.

  • Advanced proficiency in English.

  • Strong sense of initiative and commitment, with a demonstrated ability to work diligently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
