Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

Job description

​Our client, a fast growing Series A energy SaaS company with a fantastic mission, is hiring their first RevOps leader, reporting to the VP, Sales.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing scalable RevOps processes (with a focus on Sales, Marketing, and CS Ops)

  • Owning forecasting, performance analytics, and pipeline management

  • Owning CRM (Salesforce) and overall revenue tech stack

  • Working closely with leadership to optimize sales processes, territories, compensation, etc.

Required experience:
  • Growing an early-stage (Series A/B) SaaS business in a senior RevOps role

  • Salesforce expert (will have support)

  • Must be able to work out of Manhattan HQ 2-3 days / week
