Senior Manager, Revenue Operations
Job description
Our client, a fast growing Series A energy SaaS company with a fantastic mission, is hiring their first RevOps leader, reporting to the VP, Sales.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Implementing scalable RevOps processes (with a focus on Sales, Marketing, and CS Ops)
Owning forecasting, performance analytics, and pipeline management
Owning CRM (Salesforce) and overall revenue tech stack
Working closely with leadership to optimize sales processes, territories, compensation, etc.
Required experience:
Growing an early-stage (Series A/B) SaaS business in a senior RevOps role
Salesforce expert (will have support)
Must be able to work out of Manhattan HQ 2-3 days / week
