The role:

• Lead corporate finance processes including but not limited to acquisitions, disposals, capital raises debt or equity

• Support strategy for processes

• Optimise returns

• Management of external advisors & Internal resources

The individual:

• Corporate or project finance background

• Renewable energy experience

• 4-10 years of experience

• Italian & English speaker
