The Green Recruitment Company are delighted to have partnered with a leading Impact Investment Manager focused on renewable energy and clean technology

The business seeks a Senior Management Accountant to join their team in London.

The role:

• Producing management accounts (including variance analysis) and statutory accounts for several more complex Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).

• Acting as “quality control” and primary conduit for SPV management accounts and detailed management information prepared by direct reports.

• Overseeing team liaison and management of information reporting across a sub-portfolio of SPVs.

• Managing the delivery of timely and accurate treasury and bank management activities across the sub-set of SPVs.

• Overseeing accurate and timely statutory filings across these SPVs

• Responding to and coordinating the team’s efforts regarding ad-hoc requests from external counterparties

• Review, coaching and active line management of a sub-group of asset management accountants.

• Potential to gain experience in valuation modelling and bank ratio modelling in due course, subject to development
  

Skills needed:

• Fully qualified management accountant (ACCA, CIMA or similar) or chartered accountant (ACA)

• 1-4 years Post Qualified Experience

• Management experience is essential, including leading by example and developing of junior staff

• Renewables or Infrastructure experience

• Working knowledge of SAP Business By Design strongly preferred but not essential
