Company Overview:
Our client is a company with a clear focus on the energy transition and actively developing solar and wind projects. These projects are not only created for their initiative but also aim to contribute to society as a whole. Committed individuals are warmly invited to join this endeavour.
The cornerstones for a successful energy transition include suitable land, dedicated people, and risk-taking capital.
The company brings together these three key components and relies on a flat hierarchy and fast decision-making processes to actively contribute to the realization of a sustainable energy transition.
Your Responsibilities:
GIS Infrastructure:
Building, advancing, and administering the GIS system.
Developing tools for the automated processing of geodata.

Analyzing and evaluating regional and land-use plans.
Land Analysis:
Conducting GIS-based land analyses.
Processing map material and project exposés.
Creativity: Ability to develop digital solutions in collaboration with the CRM team.
Your Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in GIS/geodata/land analysis, preferably in the solar or wind industry.
Completed degree related to geographic information systems (GIS), e.g., geoinformatics, geography, environmental sciences, surveying, and meteorology.
Profound knowledge of handling geographic information systems, especially QGIS and ArcGIS, as well as processing geodata.
Regular use of scripting languages such as Python for process automation.
Experience in conducting spatial analyses, especially site selection.
Experienced in using public portals.
Independent and results-oriented working style.
Willingness to travel, especially occasionally for participation in events.
Your Benefits:
Competitive base salary, including monthly salary and Christmas bonus.
Additional bonus upon reaching significant milestones for land and projects in our pipeline.
Job ticket and Bahncard 50 for convenient transportation options.
30 days of regular vacation and 2 additional days for special leisure opportunities.
In conclusion, be part of an organisation to drive the renewable energy revolution and contribute to a sustainable future.
