​The Role:

• You will be responsible for the preparation of long- and medium-term budget plans for the business units’ financial, asset and earnings development

• You report relevant actual economic data, prepare forecasts and analyse deviations of the business units' figures

• You are responsible for quarterly reporting in alignment with Group Controlling

• You will design and report financial and non-financial key performance indicators (KPIs) for efficient corporate control and furthermore define financial dimensions for the business unit alignment with Group Controlling

• Proactive optimisation of operational and strategic processes as well as evaluations during the year

• You will be involved in the development of controlling tools
  

The Individual:

• Successfully completed business studies, ideally with a focus on accounting, taxation or financing or a comparable qualification

• + 5 years of professional experience in controlling in an international group of companies

• Fluent in English & German
