​Purpose

We are seeking senior expert-wind turbine for a Chinese state-owned enterprise, who is a leader in the wind power industry of China, its business covers wind turbine research, development and manufacturing. We hope the candidates are currently basing overseas but would like to relocate to China, have 10+years working experience in wind power/power system/energy storage with PhD degree in relevant technical majors.

Requirements:

Role A

• Strategically identify and lead the R&D department for new products design.

• Perform tech scouting for new product (monitoring technology landscape for the future)

• Responsible for the product modularity and cost evaluation

• Technically evaluate the project tendering

• Provide daily technical support for internal departments.

Role B

• Manage high-power electrical grid-connection technology

• Expert in two of following simulation softwares (MATLAB、DIgSILENT、PSD-BPA、PSCAD、PSASP、PSS/E), with experience in wind power system/energy storage system simulation.

• Build power system team and take charge of team members training.

• Investigate the advanced control algorithms in the industry, do research for the development trend.

• Investigate both internal and external grid-connection standard, track new technologies of wind power grid connection

Role C

• Analyze the implementation of digital twins technology in wind power industry, track market trend and planning strategy in next few years

• Lead the team to carry out research topics on digital twins

• Responsible for tackling and integrating key technical issues such as virtual mechanism simulation models, data models, and 3D industry

Qualification:

Role A

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years working experience is required.

• Management experience in 100+people R&D team

Role B

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years working experience is required.

• Solid understanding on power system control technology

• Expert in wind energy simulation tools

• Project management experience is a plus

Role C

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years working experience is required.

• Familiar with the electrical/mechanical design of wind power generator

• Familiar with load calculation and control technology

• Rich experience on simulation technology

• Experienced in digital twins technology is a plus
