​My client are a leading, global consultancy with a team of highly experienced renewable energy specialists. They are involved in some of the most exciting offshore wind projects in global locations. They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer.

Key responsibilities:

·         Supporting clients in the development of on/offshore wind and solar projects

·         Managing and supporting technical and commercial consulting services such as Owner´s engineering, Technical due diligence and Lender´s technical advisory

·         Preparing concepts and basic design for substations, inter array and export cabling including land fall for on- and offshore windfarms

·         Coordinating grid connection details including grid studies with clients and TSOs

Qualifications and Experience needed:

·         Electrical Engineering master’s degree combined with 5+ years of HV Electrical design experience

·         Profound knowledge within one or more of the following areas: On/offshore substations, cabling and electrical interconnection knowledge.

·         Experienced in performing studies for power systems and/or wind project connections

·         Experience with DIgSILENT, PowerFactory and/or PSCAD as well as MATLAB and Python

·         Fluent in English
