​The Role:

Sell-Side:

1. Manage sales transactions processes for PV, wind, battery, and hydrogen plants within our European portfolio.

2. Identify potential buyers and oversee contract negotiations for sales and purchase agreements (SPAs).

Buy-Side:

1. Identify, evaluate, and manage investment opportunities from sourcing to finalizing deals.

2. Lead contract negotiations for share purchases, EPC, O&M, and power purchase agreements.

3. Conduct comprehensive due diligence, covering technical, commercial, and legal aspects.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the team's strategic initiatives in collaboration with the team lead.

2. Represent company at industry and networking events, while staying informed about market trends.

The Person:

1. Hold a degree in Business or Engineering, with a strong academic background.

2. Possess at least one year of relevant work experience (minimum three years for senior positions) in a transactions/finance department of a project developer, independent power producer, investment firm, bank, consultancy, or similar field, preferably with a focus on renewable energy.

3. Demonstrate experience in negotiating complex contracts.

4. Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus."
