​Senior Manager of Asset Management

Location: Remote

TGRC is working with a leading independent tech company specializing in renewable energy systems. The company is growing rapidly and have partnered with some of the biggest names in the green energy sector. The business has recently shifted from a develop to flip model to a long-term owner and operator [IPP]. As a Senior Asset Manager, you will manage the company’s rapidly growing fleet of community solar assets. Additionally, you will ensure the company operates with exceptional technical and operational performance as well as reliability, profitability, contract compliance, decision making, problem solving, regulatory compliance, and safety.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Development, Operations, Maintenance, Dispatch and Optimization of energy generation assets

• Understanding of solar generating facilities, equipment, technologies, and supply chain

• Proficiency with operational and financial modeling and budgeting, including asset valuation

• Experience building a team and establishing processes and systems to support high growth activities

• Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility
