Job description

​Title: Senior Asset Manager

Location: Greater Madrid Metropolitan Area (On-site)

The Green Recruitment Company is in the search of an Asset Manager to work in a leading IPP to be based in their offices in Madrid.

The Asset Manager will be in charge of the performance of the technical and financial asset management activities the the projects in Spain.

He/she will be key in the optimization of energy production and revenues and the identification of potential cost reduction initiatives, and the availability, transparency, and actionable use of information.

Responsibilities:

  • Asset management of the financial and technical KPIs of the PV and and wind assets.

  • Monitor the suppliers to supervise their performance and fulfilment of their obligations.

  • Monitor third parties suppliers to ensure the timely fulfilment of obligations and compliance with the contractual terms.

  • Communication with key stakeholders in other stages of the life cycle the the project(market players, O&M, land, government and other suppliers or services providers).

  • Control the obligations of the contracts for each SPV to understand the respective obligations of both parties.

  • Supervision of contractual obligations and technical, commercial and legal regulations.

  • Plant inspections and Site visits.

  • Monitor the revenues of the assets.

  • Support the company in the reporting and M&A activities.

Requirements:

  • Plus 3 years of experience in Asset Management functions.

  • Technical knowledge of solar PV and wind Assets.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

  • Fluent English.

  • Ability to develop and implement report templates, analytical tools, and other O&M specific tools;

  • Good team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (Engineering or similar).
