Senior Analyst, Energy Rebates

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 (10% bonus)

TGRC is working with one of the largest and most iconic retailers in the world. Currently, they are looking for a Senior Analyst, Energy Rebates in the US. This role will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to maximize the company’s north American energy efficiency rebate program.

The Role

  • Understand basic technical aspects of energy savings as related to rebates and incentives.
  • Strategic relationship building with public utility partners and external rebate consultants to maximize the company’s rebate program results.
  • Oversight and management of rebate process, ensuring the accurate and timely submittal of all applications and supporting material required to capture energy rebates and incentives.
  • Development and execution of strategic plans that improve the business case analysis as it pertains to implementation of energy efficient projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Construction, Facilities Maintenance to integrate the energy rebate program with project implementation schedule.
  • Collaborate with external partners and industry experts to stay informed on local, state, and federal programs designed to provide energy efficiency incentives to commercial customers.
  • Production of various energy reporting tools to present information to leadership.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years in Energy Conservation/Analytics, Project Management, and Retail Operations
  • Strong knowledge of energy related engineering specifications for small box retail or similar applications.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications and thorough working knowledge of database concepts and common applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and time-management skills; the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple, competing priorities to achieve high levels of performance and deliver sustainable results.
