​Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with Singapore relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.

• Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to facilitate audits and ensure compliance.

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.

• Proven experience (5 years) in financial management, preferably in the renewable energy or investment industry.

• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent understanding of the renewable energy sector, including project finance and investment evaluation.
