Do you have a proven track record in sales and business development within the renewable energy industry? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join a leading Renewable Energy EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company in Zibo, China. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets in the renewable energy market.

  • Identify and engage with potential customers, including project developers, utilities, and industrial clients, to generate new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the industry.

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's renewable energy offerings.

  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales agreements to secure project contracts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, project management, and finance to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote brand awareness and establish new partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the renewable energy sector, preferably with an EPC company.

  • Deep knowledge of the renewable energy market, including solar, wind, and energy storage technologies.

  • Strong network of industry contacts and ability to leverage existing relationships for business growth.

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals.

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions.

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
