We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join a leading Renewable Energy EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company in Zibo, China. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the renewable energy sector.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets in the renewable energy market.
Identify and engage with potential customers, including project developers, utilities, and industrial clients, to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the industry.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's renewable energy offerings.
Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales agreements to secure project contracts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, project management, and finance to ensure successful project delivery.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote brand awareness and establish new partnerships.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and business development within the renewable energy sector, preferably with an EPC company.
Deep knowledge of the renewable energy market, including solar, wind, and energy storage technologies.
Strong network of industry contacts and ability to leverage existing relationships for business growth.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
