Lead the sales team to create a culture of inclusiveness, collaboration, and high performance.
Responsible for strategic sales planning, identifying new areas of business growth, and implementing new product launch strategies.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency between sales and marketing strategies. Ensure that marketing activities are optimized, including ensuring sales leads for products and services, ensuring transparency in lead sources, and determining future activities and investments.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to effectively acquire potential customers potential customers.
Focus on the client’s need to grow market share, revenue, and profit. Work in the matrix organization to ensure all sales activities align with budgeted goals and build up a strong sales workforce in the Greater Bay Area.
Bachelor's degree, Must have international standard service experience or relevant experience(PwC/Deloitte/KPMG/E&Y) of at least 10 years or above.
Experience in ESG, Digital Security, and Cyber Trust services is highly desirable.
Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
