Job description

​We are partnering with a leading Solar PV manufacturer based in China to search for a dynamic Sales Director. If you are a results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the solar industry and ready to lead a team towards unprecedented growth, we want to hear from you!

Position: Sales Director

Location: Open to any location in China

Salary: Competitive Salary & Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.

  • Client Relations: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster business growth.

  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to surpass sales targets and KPIs.

  • Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities.

  • Budget Management: Prepare annual sales budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree will be an advantage.

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the solar industry.

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with both domestic and international clients.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team towards success.

  • Analytical: Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance metrics.
