Job description
The Green Recruitment Company is looking for a Sales Director to work in a leading listed company in the Spanish stock market.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute the sales strategy for energy efficiency, self-consumption and electric mobility.
Analyse upselling and cross-selling opportunities with current customers.
Identification of opportunities and providing differential solutions to the needs of each client.
Coordinate the delivery team in Spain and oversee the international projects.
Reporting to the CEO of the Business Unit.
Documentation preparation to take part in tenders.
Keep contact with the client during the execution phase of the project until the end
Negotiate extensions/modifications to the approach, planning or scope of the project.
The Individual:
Possess at least 5 years of working experience in a energetic efficiency, self-consumption and /or electric mobility.
Proven track record in leading sales teams.
Must be fluent in English and experience in international projects is a plus.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills to effectively navigate complex work environments and work independently.
Demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude, with the ability to network easily with diverse stakeholders.
Approach tasks with a goal-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
