Job description

​The Green Recruitment Company is looking for a Sales Director to work in a leading listed company in the Spanish stock market.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute the sales strategy for energy efficiency, self-consumption and electric mobility.

  • Analyse upselling and cross-selling opportunities with current customers.

  • Identification of opportunities and providing differential solutions to the needs of each client.

  • Coordinate the delivery team in Spain and oversee the international projects.

  • Reporting to the CEO of the Business Unit.

  • Documentation preparation to take part in tenders.

  • Keep contact with the client during the execution phase of the project until the end

  • Negotiate extensions/modifications to the approach, planning or scope of the project.

The Individual:

  • Possess at least 5 years of working experience in a energetic efficiency, self-consumption and /or electric mobility.

  • Proven track record in leading sales teams.

  • Must be fluent in English and experience in international projects is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills to effectively navigate complex work environments and work independently.

  • Demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude, with the ability to network easily with diverse stakeholders.

  • Approach tasks with a goal-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
