The Role:
As the Sales Director, you will be at the helm of our sales operations, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. Your strategic vision, leadership, and expertise in sales will be crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, and ensuring the successful promotion of our solar power solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

• Overseeing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and product excellence

• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

• Providing mentorship and guidance to the sales team, fostering a high-performance sales culture

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the solar power or renewable energy industry

• Strong business acumen and understanding of the solar power market

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve their best

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
