​We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business that is experiencing strong growth and continued success.

In this role, you will focus on sourcing, screening, and delivering high-quality candidates to meet our clients’ hiring needs. A key part of the position will involve building relationships with mid-level professionals, connecting them with exciting opportunities within the Renewable Energy sector across the UK.

You will play an important role in guiding candidates through the recruitment process while working closely with clients to ensure they find the right talent to support the growth of their teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and attract suitable candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases.

  • Screen and assess candidates through telephone and virtual interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

  • Work closely with senior consultants and clients to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.

  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

  • Provide candidates with detailed information about roles, clients, and interview preparation.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM/ATS system.

  • Manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining high delivery standards and timelines.

  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or delivery consulting.

  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
