Due to an exciting time of company growth, we are currently in search of an Italian speaking Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Madrid
The role will require you to individually network with both clients and professionals within the renewable energy space across Italy.
Key responsibilities:
Proactively headhunting candidates, reviewing applications, and creating candidate shortlists for clients ensuring technical, cultural, and experience fit
Identifying new business opportunities and maintaining professional relationships with existing clients
Advising clients on hiring solutions and negotiating terms of business
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish through candidate qualification, submission, interview preparation, feedback and finalising offers and arrangements for placement.

Proven ability to effectively communicate the value and suitability of candidates to clients.
Skilled in influencing decision-making processes of both clients and candidates in a professional and ethical manner.
Experienced in engaging with clients to understand their needs and present tailored candidate solutions and recruitment strategies.
Competent in delivering constructive feedback to candidates and colleagues with a respectful and positive approach.
Strong commercial awareness, with the foresight to anticipate market trends and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
Flexible and responsive to changes in client requirements or candidate availability, maintaining service continuity.
Capable of managing disruptions such as last-minute job specification changes or urgent client demands with composure and efficiency.
Demonstrates initiative and a proactive attitude toward taking on new responsibilities beyond the usual scope.
Able to develop deep expertise in a specific market or region, establishing themselves as a subject matter expert.
Thorough understanding of competitors, client landscape, and candidate demographics within the target market.
Experience in proactively researching and monitoring industry developments, salary trends, and talent shortages.
Ability to provide clients and candidates with valuable insights, such as anticipated changes in hiring practices or talent availability.

Minimum of 6 months experience in recruitment, ideally across the renewables or engineering space
Ability to manage own time effectively
Articulate communicator

The ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Fluent in verbal and written Italian and English
